Kelionex is a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with property development and construction projects in Argentina. Through the platform, users can contribute capital to specific projects and receive a proportional share of the generated profits.

To use the platform's services, you must create an account by providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities carried out under your account. Kelionex reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that present false information or suspicious activity.

To participate as an investor on the platform, you must: Be at least 18 years of age. Reside in the Argentine Republic or comply with applicable regulations for foreign investors. Complete the identity verification process (KYC) as required by the UIF. Accept the inherent risks of real estate investments.

Each project published on the platform includes detailed information about its characteristics, estimated timeline, projected returns, and associated risks. When investing, you enter into a specific contract for each project that defines your rights and obligations as a participant. Returns are not guaranteed and depend on the project's outcome.

All investment carries risks. The main risks of real estate crowdlending include: Market risk: fluctuations in property values. Liquidity risk: investments may not be easily convertible to cash before the expected deadline. Construction risk: delays, cost overruns, or difficulties in project execution. Regulatory risk: regulatory changes that may affect investment conditions. Kelionex does not guarantee returns or the recovery of invested capital.

Kelionex charges fees for services rendered, which are detailed in each project before confirming your investment. There are no hidden costs. All associated expenses are transparently disclosed in the project documentation.

All content on the platform (texts, designs, logos, images, software) is the property of Kelionex S.A. or its licensors and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is not permitted.

Kelionex acts as an intermediary between investors and real estate project developers. We are not responsible for: The performance or final outcome of projects. Actions or omissions of developers. Technical or service interruptions beyond our control. Losses arising from improper use of the platform. Our liability is limited to acting with diligence in the selection and supervision of published projects.

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction.

Kelionex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications shall take effect from their publication on the platform. Continued use of the services after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance thereof.
